We operate a monitoring centre with an IT Helpdesk. We are ready to provide our customers with IT support in the shortest possible time.

We guarantee availability and substitutability of IT technicians in our team. Most of our interventions are carried out via secure remote connection and more than 80% of them are solved on the day of reporting the request (incident).

You can report your requests by phone, email or via the Help desk portal.

We guarantee our services with a SLA (Service Level Agreement) contract. We have set clear rules and penalties with our customers.

Fast response time

Each customer has a signed contract with us (electronically, of course), where the rules are clearly defined. However, we can handle most requests much faster.

Control on expenditure

Our customers have the possibility to "cap" their monthly expenses and any further request is then subject to the approval of the responsible person on the client side

Reporting included in the service price

Every month our customers receive a report with all the details.

You only pay for what you use

We have a pay-as-go model, you only pay for the services you use with a minimum monthly fee guaranteed by SLA. SLA 4BD (4 working days) is always FREE, the only condition is signing a framework contract.
