IT outsourcing for companies · since 2004

IT outsourcing at a fixed price — calculate it yourself, right now

We take care of computers, servers, Microsoft 365 and security for a monthly price you know up front. You choose the support model: hourly, if you call a few times a year, or unlimited online support for a flat fee, if you want peace of mind. You work out the price yourself — without a call from a salesperson, because we don't have any. The owners are on projects, not in meeting rooms.

What IT outsourcing is

IT outsourcing means an external company runs your company IT as a whole — not one person on the phone, but a team. We take over computers and their updates, e-mail and Microsoft 365, servers or cloud, backups, account management for joiners and leavers, security monitoring and a helpdesk for your staff.

The difference from “a guy on the phone” isn't the price, it's cover and prevention. When one technician gets sick or leaves, your company isn't left without IT — and the server password isn't known to a single person. And because broken IT never pays us better than IT that simply runs, we do updates and backups before you notice they were needed.

What we take over
  • Computers, laptops, updates and antivirus
  • Microsoft 365, e-mail, identities and access
  • Servers and networks — in the cloud and on-premise
  • Backups, including regular restore tests
  • Security monitoring and incident response
  • Helpdesk for staff and a monthly report
What outsourcing is not
  • × Developing your software
  • × Managing production machinery and its control systems
  • × Building websites or marketing

If you're looking to hire IT specialists into your own team (body-shopping), we don't do that. This is about taking the whole company IT off your plate. When somebody claims they do everything, ask which of it they actually do.

Price without a phone call

Work out your price in 3 minutes. Yourself.

Enter the number of people and devices and what you need covered. You'll see the monthly fee and the one-off setup right on the screen, with no meeting. The same numbers you'll get in the written quote; nothing changes along the way.

A company of 8, hourly support
€241/mo
base €209 + backup 8 × €4; hours billed only when you call
Same company, unlimited support
€537/mo
base €209 + 8 × €41; call as often as you like, the price stays

We won't push you into a flat fee — at smaller scopes hourly is usually cheaper and we'll tell you so. We offer it where it makes sense: automation and monitoring let us predict how much work an environment really takes, so we can afford to name a fixed number up front.

Base management fee by company size

  • 100+ people€499/mo
Then you pick your support
  • Hourly €59/h — you pay only when you call
  • Unlimited online support from €29 to €54 per user per month — call as much as you need

Comparison

In-house IT person, hourly billing, or unlimited support

Three ways to keep company IT under control. Two of them you get from us and we'll help you choose — hourly as well as unlimited support for a flat fee. We push nobody into a flat fee; for a company that calls twice a year it would cost more than it's worth.

In-house IT person Hourly billing (we offer) Unlimited support (we offer)
What you pay Salary plus payroll taxes runs well over €2,400 a month, plus equipment and training. It grows in steps — a second person is a second salary. Base management from €209/mo (6–20 people) plus €59 per hour actually worked. The same base plus €54 down to €29 per user per month by company size. You know the number for the whole year.
Predictability The salary is certain, but cover and projects are paid on top. The base is fixed, the hours vary. We'll estimate them from the state of your environment, but we can't guarantee them up front. One number a month, whatever happens. The trade-off: in a quiet month you pay the same.
Prevention Happens when there's time — so rarely. Not the person's fault, it's capacity. Monitoring, updates and backups run automatically in the base — even if you pick hourly. We don't bill them by the hour. The same, plus you call as often as you need without counting minutes.
When they're ill or leave The company runs without IT. Often they're the only one who knows the access. A team and shared documentation — one person's holiday isn't your problem. The same. Response: we handle 90 % of requests within 30 minutes.
When it makes sense When you have a working IT team and specific systems only they know. When you call a few times a year. Most companies use 1–3 hours a month; below that hourly is cheaper and we'll say so. When you call more than a couple of hours a month, or want one predictable line in the budget.

Straight talk

When outsourcing doesn't pay off

We're writing this even though it argues against us. In three situations outsourcing won't help you, and it's fair to say so before we meet.

You have a working IT team

Two or more people in-house who know your specific systems. Breaking up a working team over a spreadsheet comparison makes no sense. At most it's worth adding what the team can't cover — security monitoring, for instance.

You're under five people with no servers

Laptops, Microsoft 365 and nothing else. Occasional service plus properly configured security is usually enough. A monthly fee would cost more than the value it brings.

You need developers

You build your own software and IT is your craft. Then you need people inside, not a management supplier. That's a different profession, not a cheaper version of ours.

One more thing: outsourcing is not a way to get the same work for half the money. Anyone whose main promise is savings will save on things you can't see — until the day everyone sees them. If you recognised yourself in one of the three situations above, we've both saved time. Read what you actually get for the money in IT support and decide on the facts, not on us.

Transition

How taking over your IT works

The fear of switching is usually bigger than the reality. Nothing is flipped overnight — the new setup runs alongside the existing one until everything fits.

1
Audit and plan

We find out what you have, what's missing and what's on fire. You get written findings and a plan with an order of steps — not a sales deck. You can start with the free online audit below.

2
Gradual takeover

We take over piece by piece, in parallel with the existing setup: monitoring, backups, accounts, endpoints. Your people keep working while we switch things over in the background.

3
Running it, visibly

Helpdesk for your staff, 90 % of requests within 30 minutes, a monthly report of what happened. We only get in touch when something changes for the worse.

And what if you want to leave us?

Documentation, licences and access are yours and we hand them over. No vendor lock-in, no hostages. The only thing keeping you is that it works — our average partnership lasts 7 years.

Before you decide who should run your IT, it helps to know what needs fixing. The online audit runs 13 security checks — leaked passwords on the dark web, Microsoft 365 configuration, DMARC, certificates. It takes 5 minutes, needs no meeting, and the report lands in your inbox. Of 262 companies that ran the audit, 151 had at least one serious finding.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about IT outsourcing

What is IT outsourcing and what does it include?

An external company runs your whole company IT: computers and their updates, e-mail and Microsoft 365, servers and networks, backups, account management, security monitoring and a helpdesk for staff. With us the base covers running the environment, and you choose the support on top: hourly, or unlimited for a flat fee. Work beyond that scope (projects, office moves, a new branch) is handled separately and you know about it in advance.

How much does IT outsourcing cost?

The price has two parts. A base management fee by company size: €129 a month for 1–5 people, €209 for 6–20, €299 for 21–50, €429 for 50–100 and €499 for 100+. On top you pick the support — hourly at €59/h, or unlimited online support at €54 down to €29 per user per month. A company of 8 therefore lands at €241 a month with hourly support, or €537 with unlimited. Optionally Microsoft 365 licences €20 and backup €4 per user. The online calculator gives the exact number for your company in a few minutes.

How long does taking over IT take?

It depends on the size and state of the environment, typically weeks — not days, and not half a year. The key point is that nothing switches at once: monitoring, backups and accounts move over gradually, alongside the existing setup. Your people know about the transition but don't have to work differently because of it.

What if we have an in-house IT person?

We don't replace anyone. A common model in companies around fifty people is an in-house person plus an external team: they know the operation, the people and the priorities, we hold the routine — updates, monitoring, backups, security — and above all provide cover. Your IT person stops being the single point of failure.

Do you work outside Prague?

Yes, we manage clients across Czechia and Slovakia. The vast majority of work is done remotely — that's how we handle 90 % of requests within 30 minutes regardless of where you are. On-site visits for hardware are arranged in advance and itemised in the quote.

What happens if we want to leave?

You get the documentation, the licences and all the access — they're yours, not ours. We don't use closed tools you can't walk away from. It sounds against our interest, but it works the other way round: our average partnership lasts 7 years precisely because nobody stays under duress.

Find out the price before you call anyone

The calculation takes three minutes and nobody will phone you about it. If the number makes sense, get in touch. If it doesn't, at least you know what to compare other quotes against. The choice is yours.
