How the network take-over works

Inventory

A list of switches, access points, firewalls, lines and access. Most companies see a diagram of their own network for the first time.

Access hand-over

Admin passwords into a vault, configuration backups, documentation of what runs where. A civilised procedure exists for taking over from a vendor or a departing admin.

A quiet first month

We mostly watch, measure and take notes. The list of what is in worse shape than expected goes to you.

Only then changes

By priority and by agreement. No “we'll redo everything in week one”.

What network management costs

Network management is part of our monthly flat fee based on company size — prices are public in the price list, and you can build the exact number for your company in the online calculator — no sales meeting, you see the price instantly. One-off work beyond the scope (a new branch, network rebuild, cabling) is billed hourly at €59/h.

What companies ask

Do you take over a network someone else built?+

Yes. We take networks over as they are — from a previous vendor or after your own admin. First we document what runs where and who has access, only then do we change anything. You don't have to replace hardware because of us.

Do we need our own network administrator, or can you do it remotely?+

Most network management is done remotely: monitoring, configuration, firmware patching, access. A site visit is needed only for physical work — a new switch, cabling, replacing an access point — and is scheduled in advance. Companies from 10 people up rarely need their own network administrator.

Which brands do you manage?+

HPE Aruba and UniFi switches and Wi-Fi, FortiGate and MikroTik firewalls, access via Cloudflare Zero Trust. If you run something else, we tell you straight away whether we take it over or recommend a replacement — with numbers, the decision is yours.

How fast do you respond when the Wi-Fi or the internet goes down?+

We resolve 90% of requests within 30 minutes. Thanks to monitoring, though, we usually see an internet or Wi-Fi outage before your people report it — and with a backup line we fail over automatically.
